The ARSİN SYSTEMS were designed to handle a largevariety of regulated medical waste, including hospitaland laboratory waste, liquid and solid medical waste,human and animal blood specimens, sharps andpathological waste, cultures and stocks, as well as anyother waste listed in local, state and federal regulationsas medical waste. Given the machines’ versatility, the ARSİN SYSTEMS can provide wide usage for health care providers such as private and public hospitals, laboratories, large service providers, and off site treatment centers.

• Pharmaceutical waste such as expired vaccines and non-conforming lots that are intended for destruction

Our patented process is designed to sterilize medical waste, reduce its volume, and render its components unrecognizable all in one fully enclosed and automated system.

It combines direct heated steam, high pressure and shredding to treat infectious materials.

The contaminated waste is loaded into the upper stainless steel chamber where a heavy-duty shredder reduces the waste into small pieces.

Using gravity, the processed material falls into the treatment chamber, where every particle is steam heated to 138°C (280 F) and pressurized to 3.8 bar (55 psi) for 10 minutes. The operating conditions are continuously monitored and validated to achieve complete sterilization.

After the cooling process, the final product is volume-reduced (by up to 80%), unrecognizable and safe to dispose of as ordinary municipal waste.

The 30 minutes average duration process cycle is totally automated. A computerized system monitors the process and automatically prints a report with the essential sterilizing parameters at the end of the cycle for accurate record keeping.
